Using Jerome Russell's Punky Hair Color Tips:

1. The Original Semi-Permenant hair color. Works best on chemically treated or bleached hair and will give a highlighted effect when used on darker hair.
2. Shampoo hair and dry. Use petroleum jelly or baby oil around hairline and on ears.
3. Use rubber gloves. Apply dye evenly from hair roots to ends with a tint brush or fingers then comb through.
4. Leave on for approximately 15 to 30 minutes then rinse out. Color may fade out with each shampoo amd may last from 5 to 40 washes.
5. For best results bleach hair first and do not condition. Then apply to dry hair.
